     Ann H. (?) was born in 1812 in Georgia.1

Ann married Stephen M. BURT, son of John BURT and Sarah MARSHALL, circa 1830 in Autauga County, Alabama. And then by Mar 1837 they were living in Sumter county.1

She was probably the female age 15 to 20 listed in the household of her husband, Stephen M. BURT, in the 1830 Federal Census of Capt Davis' District, Autauga County, Alabama, She would have been about 18 years old.

Ann H. (?) and Stephen M. BURT moved from Autauga county to Perry County, Alabama, between March 1831 and November 1833 That was between land sale to Watston in Autauga county and land purchase from Crawson when Stephen was said to be from Perry county.2

Stephen M. BURT and Ann H. BURT sold a tract of land to Lewis Watson on 25 March 1831 in Autauga County. For $300 they sold him the west half of the northwest quarter of section 19, township 19, range 13. This would be in the Billingsley area. It was signed by Stephen M. and Ann H. Burt, and witnessed by William Kirk and John Hunt, justices of the peace.3

She was probably the female age 20 to 30 listed in the household of her husband, Stephen M. BURT, in the 1840 Federal Census of Sumter County, Alabama.

Stephen M. BURT and Ann H. (?) sold a tract of land to an unknown person on 11 November 1840 in Perry County, Alabama. George N. Ware and Hudson G. Ware of Perry county.4

Ann H. (?) and Stephen M. BURT appeared as head of household on a census enumerated 4 October 1850 in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. The household was listed as Stephen Burt, a 48-year-old farmer and Ann, his 38-year-old wife from Georgia. He owned real estate valued at $2,000. Stephen and Ann had four children born in Alabama: Martha 18, Ann 16, Mary 11, and Ugenia 7. Their youngest son, James, was 2-years-old and born in Mississippi.5

Ann H. (?) died on 14 February 1860 in Carroll County, Mississippi.1,6
