Eleanor Boulware1

F, b. 27 September 1787, d. 13 July 1836
     Eleanor Boulware, daughter of William Boulware and Rachel (?), was born on 27 September 1787 in Edgefield District, South Carolina.2

Eleanor married Nathaniel ABNEY Jr., son of Dr. Nathaniel ABNEY and Lucy Collins, on 14 September 1806.1

Eleanor Boulware and Nathaniel ABNEY Jr. appeared as head of household on a census enumerated 6 August 1810 in Edgefield County, South Carolina. The household was listed as one male under 10 [William], one male 16-25 [Nathaniel 24], one female under 10 [Mahaley], one female 16-25 [Eleanor 22], and 13 slaves.3 She was buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Gainesville, Sumter County, Alabama.

On 13 July 1836 Eleanor died in Choctaw County, Alabama, at age 48 leaving Nathaniel a widower.4
