To his sons, Jesse, Edmund, James, and Henry Brown, five shillings each. To his daughters, Selah James, Sally Parker, Nancy Pate, and Charlotte Graham he also left each five shillings. He appointed John Graham and Edmund Brown his executors. Witnesses were: Daniel Evans, William Bundy, and Benjamin Newton. The will was recorded 25 July 1821 by William Easterling, Ordy. M. D.5
