Mary Elizabeth ABNEY was named an heir in the will of Paul ABNEY dated 24 October 1819 in Edgefield (now Saluda) County, South Carolina. Daughter Elizabeth Black, an equal part [$100], also other half of the land I gave to Paul Abney Patterson.3
Mary Elizabeth ABNEY died in 1861 in Hollingsworth, Calhoun County, Alabama.1 She was buried in White Plains Cemetery.1
