Martha married Alexander Hamilton ABNEY, son of Thomas Hamilton ABNEY and Mary Ann Holmes, circa 1851 in Upshur County, Texas.3

Martha Marinda CAMP and Alexander Hamilton ABNEY appeared as head of household on a census enumerated 23 June 1870 in Marlin, Falls County, Texas. The household was listed as A. H. Abney, a 47 year old farmer, his wife, M. M. Abney, 37, and children, sons A. C. 17, at home; J. H. 15, printer; W. B. 14, printerl S. L. 10, at home; and daugher, M. V. 8, in school.

Martha Marinda CAMP and Alexander Hamilton ABNEY appeared as head of household on a census enumerated 14 June 1880 in Wilson County, Texas. The household was listed as A. H. Abney, age 58, general merchant. It said his mother was born in England. His wife, Martha M. Abney was 44. Their children were sons A. C., 27, farmer; John H., 24, clerk in store, Sam'l L., 20, stock driver; and daughter, Mary V. Abney, 17.

Martha Marinda CAMP died on 22 July 1912 in Lampasas, Texas, at age 79.2 She was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery.
