Item I empower my executors to sell a Tract of Land in Hallifax County laying on a branch commonly called Lick branch; containing eight hundred acres, which money after paying my lawful debts to be equally divided amongst my wife Mary Abney, Reubin Abney, Ruth Sharrar & Sarrah Abney.1
