WATT, E. S. is the son of Alexander Watt, who was an old settler in Puslinch , and who built the present mill in Palmerston, in 1885, and ran it successfully for some years until his death. E. S. Watt was b. in Aberfoyle, Ont. and in 1902, purchased this mill, and has since carried it on, and is one of th active business men in Palmerston.

He makes a specialty of high grade flour, oat meal, and feed of all kinds, and does an extensive trade with the farming community of Minto and Wallace, among whom he is favorably known.
