HARRISTON REVIEW
. The Harriston Review was established June 20th , 1895, by E. H. Dewar, who ,
with his son R.L. Dewar still conducts it. Mr. E. H. Dewar was b. in Norval,
Halton Co., while his son is a native of Harriston. Mr. Dewar m. Agnes
Richardson, Minto, in 1881, and they have one son R. L Dewar. The Review has
always taken an active part in all movements for the welfare of Harriston and
its surrounding community, and is acknowledged one of the brightest weeklies in
the district.
