FARRELL, Michael
(d.), b. Co. Kilkenny, Ire., 1825. He came to Canada in
1846, and set. in Eramosa in 1850, purchasing fifty acres of land, lot 2 con.

He m. Margaret Freeman, and of their children five are living, viz.: Mrs.
Edward B. Crow, Mary, Elizabeth, Dennis and Sarah. The late Michael Farrell
started in life without capital, and by industry and good management
accumulated a fine property besides raising and educating his family. He d.
in 1882.
