I am Lorine McGinnis Schulze, the new host of Waterloo County GenWeb. I can't answer queries as I don't live in Waterloo County but a great place to start is the AskOliveTree blog where you can submit your genealogy challenges and brickwalls to Lorine for help.
Thanks to Marj Kohli for hosting 1997-1999 and to Kathleen O’Brien for hosting 1999-2006
