At Fairview Manor, Almonte, Ontario on Friday, March 7, 1997, aged 85 years. Caroline Loretta Foy, beloved wife of the late William Edward Scott. Dear daughter of the late Daniel Foy and his wife, the late Mary McFarlane. Dear mother of Judith (Al Maloney), Watertown, NY, Robert (Shirley), RR 7, Perth, Ontario, and Kevin (Joan) Scott RR 4, Almonte, Ontario. Dear grandmother of 6 grandchildren: Sean, Kevin and Andrew Maloney; Julie Scott; Jennifer and Daniel Scott. Survived by one sister, Edith (Mrs. James O’Neill) Kinburn, Ontario. Predeceased by 3 sisters: Mary Foy, Bridget Foy and Maude Foy, and by 2 brothers, James & John. Friends may call at the Kerry Funeral Home on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Thence to St. Mary’s Church, Almonte for Funeral Mass on Monday March 10, 1997 at 10 am. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Almonte in the Spring.

O’Neill, Catherine Edith (RN) (Formerly of Kinburn, Ontario) Graduate 1930 Lorrain School of Nursing, Pembroke General Hospital. Peacefully at the Stittsville Villa, Stittsville, Ontario on Thursday, February 24, 2005, at age 95. Catherine Edith Foy, beloved wife of the late Jim O’Neill (1990). Dear mother of Margaret (David) Thomas, Ottawa and John (Sharron) O’Neill, Kinburn. Loving grandmother of Michael (Darcie), Peter (Kari), Matthew and Mary Catherine (Dan Allatt) Thomas, and Ryan and Erin O’Neill. Proud great-grandmother of Lily Thomas. Predeceased by her parents Dan and Mary Foy, 4 sisters, Mary, Bridget, and Maude Foy, and Loretta (the late WE Scott), and by 2 brothers, James and John Foy. KELLS, AGNES JULIA ELIZABETH

Kells, Agnes JE. Peacefully at Lanark Lodge, on Thursday, February 24th, 2005, Agnes (Ranger) Kells in her 100th year. Loved mother of Doris Lee, Gladys Lee, Edith Manion, Mae Sweeney, Bridget Martin, Shirley Watson and the late Dorothy Manion and Alphonsus Kells. She was the dear sister of Marjorie Ferguson and a cherished grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. Agnes was predeceased by several brothers and sisters: she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the  Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth, with Mass of Christian burial at Sacred Heart Church, Lanark on Saturday, Febryary 26, 2005 at 10 am. Interment at St. Declan’s Cemetery, the French Line.

Note: Agnes Ranger was the daughter of Leon Ranger and Annie MacFarlane, and the wife of the late Edward Thomas Kells.

MORROW, FRANCIS (FRANK)

Morrow, Francis (Frank), Veteran of WW II, longtime Dupont employee, peacefully at Fairmount Home, on Saturday, March 12, 2005 in his 86th year. Frank Morrow, born at Snow Road, North Frontenac, predeceased by his dear wife, Emily Lott and special friend, Doris Leduc, his parents Louis Morrow and Julia Ida McFarlane, brother Alfred and sister, Irene. Dear brother of Agnes Thomas, Ompah, Margaret Durham, Dryden, John Morrow, Inverary, Beatrice Closs, Harrowsmith and Sherman Morrow of Kingston. Lovingly remembered by nephews Don Prue, the late Ken Prue (Lois), and Alan Prue (Mary). Special great uncle of Nadene Strange (Bill), Timothy Prue (Wendy), Kayla LaCroix and Judy Flanagan (Pat). Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F Tompkins on Wednesday March 16 2-4, & 7-9;m. Liturgy of the Word Service in our Chapel on Thursday, March 17, at 1 pm. Rite of Committal with prayers in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Kingston, Ontario.
