BINGHAM, Elsie Victoria - Peacefully at Riverview Nursing Home, Peterborough, Ontario on August 26, 1996. In her 99th year. Elsie Victoria Carnahan, wife of the late William Oswald Bingham (1954). Mother of Helen Davis (Robert) of Peterborough and Doris Currie of Sudbury. Predeceased by son Keith (1988) and son-in-law Stuart Currie (1996). Survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and sister-in-law Vera Carnahan of Drumheller, Alberta. Dear friend of Sadie Anderson. Service will be held in the chapel of the Comstock Funeral Home, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough, on Thursday, August 29, 1996 at 11 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte, Ontario, on Friday, August 30, 1996 at 3:30 p.m., Reverend E. S. Colwell of Almonte officiating.

HENDERSON, Ruth Margaret Edna - Suddenly in hospital on Monday, November 4, 1996. At the Age of 55 years. Ruth Henderson (nee Cooper). Beloved wife of 36 years to James "Jim" Henderson. Loving mother of Rebecca (Jeff Brading), Helen (Brian Nadeau), Victoria (Jeff Wambolt) and Laura Henderson (Raymond Normandeau). Cherished grandmother of 9. Dear sister of 4 brothers and 2 sisters. A special thank you to all the staff at the General Hospital for their care. Funeral Service was held at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes on Thursday, November 7th at 2pm. Interment at Huntley United Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.

RINTOUL - Suddenly at his home, White Lake, 0ntario on Thursday, October 31st, 1996. James Alexander Rintoul. In His 71st Year. Beloved husband of Annie Rosella Wark. KOZIKOWSKI, Paul Peter - Peacefully in hospital at Almonte on Wednesday, January 15, 1997. Paul Kozikowski of Almonte. Age 81 years. Dearly loved husband of Klara M. Vellinga. Beloved father of George (Judy) of Kelowna, B.C.; Mrs. Dorothy Cazabon and Mrs. Margaret Kozikowski (Muhammed) both of Calgary, Alberta and step-daughter Mrs. Anna Schlabbers (Jakob) of Germany. Loved Grandpa of Kimberly and Abdullah and step-grandpa of Cindy and Lisa. Also survived by 2 brothers Jerzy, and Edmund and 2 sisters, Wladislawa and Janina in Poland. SPINKS – Peacefully at home in Cowichan Bay, B.C. on Saturday, March 29, 1997. Glenson Spinks (formerly of Almonte). In his 80th year. Son of the late James Spinks and Mabel Bandy (Dalgity) and Louise Parsons.

JACKSON, Rena Annie - Accidentally, on Thursday, Decemb34 12, 1996. Rena Annie Watt, age 67 years. Beloved wife of Arnold Thomas "Arnie" Jackson of Innisville. Much loved mother of Judy Fournier (Greg) of Smiths Falls and Jeffrey Jackson (Joan) of Richmond. Special grandma of Douglas and Bruce Fournier and Bradley and Kate Jackson. Survived by her sisters, Eileen Truelove (Cliff), Helen Bell (Miner) and her brother, Jack Watt (Carol). Predeceased by her sister, Beryl Dodds. Resting at the Alan R. TOSH, Stuart (Veteran R.C.A.F.) Peacefully, in hospital, Friday, December 27, 1996, Stuart Tosh, age 76, surrounded by all his family, after a courageous baffle with cancer. Husband of the late Elizabeth Ann Stanley. Loving father of Brian, Kanata, Sheila (Wayne Foster), Paul (Wendy), both of Ottawa and Shirley (Thomas Holly) of Cormac. PRETTY, T. Earl - In hospital, Perth, on Tuesday, February 11, 1997. T. Earl Pretty, in his 93rd year, beloved husband of 62 years to Irene (Thompson) Pretty. Dear father of Raymond (Alice), Alan (Marlene), Donovan (Joan), William (Erma), Helen (Sandy) Stewart and Laurie (Connie). Earl will be sadly missed by his brother Lorne (Irene) and sister Evelyn (Walter) McKay, his 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, his nieces and nephews, sister-in-law Laura Rintoul and brothers-in-law John M. and William H. Thompson. He was predeceased by brother Charles Pretty and sister Nellie Affleck, sisters-in-law Alice Cross and Isobel Rodger and brothers-in-law Harvey, Leonard, Edwin, Lambert, Alan, Russell and Malcolm Thompson. Dear sister of Mrs. Mary MacKenzie of Elliott Lake; (Mrs. Ralph Milne) of Oakville; Margaret (Mrs. Gordon Donaldson) and Helen (Mrs. Ken Duncan) both of Almonte. Dear sister of Bulah Lackey and Ervin Comerford of Carleton Place, Arthur Comerford of Almonte, Bruce Comerford of Kettle Point, Ontario, Bill Ferrill of Ottawa and Thomas Ferrill of Stittsville.
