be specific and give as much detail as you can.
Abuses of the kindness
of these volunteers might cause them to withdraw their names so PLEASE ask for ONE individual only.
If you ask for all references to a common name,
or for time-consuming
research the lookup volunteer may ignore your e-mail completely
