BRADLEY

April 11, p.8:John F. Bradley - Postmaster John F. Bradley passed away at his residence, west Broadway at 4 o'clock yesterday morning. For some time Mr. Bradley has been indisposed and his condition on two different occasions during the past few months was serious. For several weeks Mr. Bradley had been confined to the house and he gradually grew worse up to the h our of his death.
Deceased, who had reached his 72nd year, was a native of Kilkenny County, Ireland, but came to Canada about 56 years ago. About 17 years ago he was appointed postmaster of Orangeville upon the resignation of the late Edward Leslie. Mr. Bradley leaves a widow, three sons and three daughters to mourn his loss. They are Fred of Calgary, Alta., W.W. of Nelson, B.C., Mrs. Magoon of Pittsburgh, PA., Mrs. Cull of Toronto, Belle and Percy at home. Mrs. Isaac Marshall of East Garafraxa is a sister of the deceased. Mr. Bradley was a member of the Orangeville order and several other societies. The remains will be interred in Greenwood cemetery tomorrow (friday) afternoon.
