P # MADDEN, Addie -- July 31, 1907 - Feb. 14, 1930. She was the daughter of Carl and Delia J. (Harris) Solomon. In Sept. 1929, she married Chesley Madden.

MAJORS, Dorothy E. -- Sept. 9, 1845 - Jan. 28, 1917. She was the daughter of John G. and Susan "Sukie" (Hodges) Hill. She married Thomas Alexander Majors.

# MAJORS, Novalee -- Dec. 7, 1914 - Dec. 29, 1994. Born at Fitzhugh, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Robert Alfred and Sarah Ellen (Caulkins) Fussell. On Mar. 4, 1939, she married Jesse King Hall. He died Nov. 2, 1957, and is buried in Lightning RidgeCemetery. On Sept. 14, 1985, she married Loyd Majors, who died Feb. 24, 1987.

V P MAJORS, Thomas A. (Alexander) -- July 31, 1845 - Oct. 28, 1928.He was the son of Stephen and Elizabeth Majors. He married Dorothy (or Dortha) Hill. He was a Confederate Veteran.

# MANNEY, Opal L. (Lena) -- Aug. 18, 1922 - Sept. 25, 1992. Born in Durant, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Willie Ware Dansby and Ola (Seawright) Dansby. She married William L. Manning, who died in 1988. She is buried just north of her brother, Walter Dansby.

# MARTIN, Ethel F. (Farris) -- Jan. 25, 1907 - June 1, 1979. Born at Timboo, Arkansas, she was the daughter of James and Ollie (Norman) Farris. She married Fred W. Martin.

# MARTIN, Fred W. -- Sept. 8, 1905 - April 1, 1996. He was born in Hunter, Arkansas, the son of Charles and Mary (Edwards) Martin. On July 31, 1934 in Marcella, Arkansas, he married Ethel Farris.

# MAXEY, Orville (O.T.) -- May 26, 1914 - Nov. 11, 1983. Born at Wynewood, Oklahoma, he was the son of Thomas Terral and Daisy (McDaniel) Maxey. On Feb. 22, 1936 he married Beulah Price.

# McCONNELL, Effie -- July 19, 1896 - Feb. 13, 1980. Born at Stratford, Indian Territory, she was the daughter of James Alex and Mary Ann (or Sophia) (Petty) Jones. She married Philow T. McConnell.

V # McCOY, William "Bill" Eisdon. -- Dec. 30, 1913 - Dec. 22, 1989. He was born in Celina, Texas. He married Irene R. Shook. He served in the Coast Guard, in World War II.

X P McCRACKEN, Elvert Jesse -- May 22, 1924 - Nov. 14, 1938. He was the son of Joseph William and Lula Maud (Hampton) McCracken. He was killed on a church outing, by a falling power pole.

# McCRACKEN, Samuel -- 1818 - 1926. He died Aug. 7, 1926. His obituary states that he was 108 years old, when he died. He was the son of John C. and Dicey (Oliver) McCracken. Samuel McCracken married, as his second wife, Martha Clowers.

Samuel McCracken was not 108 - His parents married in Washington Co. Tn in 1835. The original marriage certificate was in Martha Clowers McCracken's box when she died and my aunt still has it.

McCULLAR, Leather -- June 19, 1902 - Aug. 15, 1915. He was the son of Wesley Sylvester McCullar, and his second wife, Mrs. Mollie E. (Burrows) (Austin) McCullar. He was a twin to Lena McCullar.

# McCULLAR, Louis Wesley -- Dec. 23, 1896 - Oct. 2, 1979. Born in Love County, Indian Territory, he was the son of Carson Leander "Lee" McCullar and Magaline (probably McCaney) McCullar. On Sept. 24, 1946 he married Mrs. Minerva Ann (Cauthren) Gibson.

X McCULLAR, Magaline -- _____ - _____ (about 1900). Her maiden name was reputedly Magaline McCaney. She was the first wife of Carson Leander "Lee" McCullar. Lee is buried in the Vera Cemetery, Atoka, Oklahoma. Magaline is reputed to be buried just north of Louis Wesley McCullar, and had no stone in 1992.

# McCULLAR, Maggie -- Aug. 6, 1871 - Nov. 11, 1959. Born in Denton, Texas. she was the daughter of Jesse Burch, who is buried at Wanette, Oklahoma. She married Dave McCullar.

McCULLAR, Mettie E. -- Jan. 9, 1874 - Sept. 27, 1900. She was the daughter of Thomas Arvil and Hannah (Henson) Coffey. She was the first wife of Wesley Sylvester McCullar.

# McCULLAR, Minerva Ann -- Oct. 18, 1916 - Oct. 15,  1987. Born in Sallisaw, Oklahma, she was the daughter of James and Mary Della (Jackson) Cauthren. She married first, a Mr. Gibson. In 1946 she married Louis Wesley McCullar.

P # McCULLAR, Mollie E. -- Feb. 29, 1868 - May 28, 1928. Another source gives her dates as: Feb. 29, 1866 - May 27, 1928. She was the second wife of Wesley McCullar. Her maiden name was Burrows. She had been previously married to a Mr. Austin. Her mother's maiden name was reportedly Oliver, who was born in Texas.

McCULLAR, Myrtle -- Aug. 4, 1908 - Jan. 20, 1921. She was the daughter of Wesley Sylvester McCullar, and his second wife, Mollie (Burrows) (Austin) McCullar.

# McCULLAR, Robert L. -- Feb. 7, 1906 - Jan. 19, 1972. Born at Center, Oklahoma, he was the son of Wesley McCullar and his second wife, Mollie (Burris) (Austin) McCullar. On May 8, 1928, at Ada, Oklahoma, he married Stella M. Glass.

O McCULLAR, Stella M. -- Jan. 19, 1909 - Living 1998. Her maiden name was Glass. She married Robert L. McCullar. After the death of Robert, she married Marion Moore.

McCULLAR, Thomas E. (Elisha) -- June 13, 1896 - Oct. 4, 1904. He was called "Tink". He was the son of Wesley Sylvester and his first wife, Mettie (Coffey) McCullar. He was a brother to William McCullar and Hannah (McCullar) Solomon.

McCULLAR, Wesley Sylvester -- Aug. 12, 1855 - May 10, 1932. He was the son of Elisha and Betty (Daniels) McCullar. He married first, Mettie Ellen Coffey. He married, second, Mrs. Mollie (Burrows) Austin. He had children by both wives.

V # McCULLAR, William Edward -- July 8, 1893 - Aug. 9, 1972. He was the son of Wesley Sylvester McCullar, and his first wife, Mettie Elizabeth (Coffey) McCullar. On May 10, 1919, at Vanoss, Oklahoma, he married Ector Weir. He was a U. S. Army Veteran of World War I.

McCURDY, Charles H. -- July 14, 1869 - Feb. 2, 1947. He married Ida L. Fussell.

# McCURDY, Ida L. -- June 8, 1873 - Jan. 15, 1950. Born in Columbia, Arkansas, her maiden name was Fussell. She was a sister to James Ed, Robert A. and Thomas Jefferson. She married Charles H. McCurdy.

V # McEACHRIN, Robert -- Feb. 6, 1890 - May 28, 1967. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, he was the son of Hugh and Agnes (Alley) McEachrin. He was a Veteran of World War I, U.S. Navy. Survived by two sons.

V # MORRISON, Bill (Leonard) -- June 29, 1901 - Feb. 1, 1964. Hewas the son of Granville and Lizzie (McCracken) Morrison. He married Willie Vera Beller. He was a Veteran of World War II.

# MORRISON, Edgar -- Dec. 7, 1898 - May 1, 1987. Born in Stigler, Oklahoma, he was the son of Granville and Lizzie (McCracken) Morrison. He married, first, Nettie Qualls. On Aug. 5, 1939, at Center, Oklahoma, he married Lela Pearl East.

X # MORRISON, Elmer L. "Buss" -- Aug. 18, 1908 - Nov. 10, 1960. He was the son of Granville and Lizzie (McCracken) Morrison. He married Bernice Freeman. His grave is un-marked, but he is buried immediately south of his mother, Lizzie Bond, in the northeast corner of the cemetery.

O MORRISON, Lela Pearl -- Jan. 12, 1901 - No death date in 1993. She was the daughter of Occie O. and Callie Elizabeth (Fox) East. She married Edgar Morrison.

MOUNGER, L.D. -- March 7, 1920 - March 8, 1926. He was the son of E.G. and Martha (Brown) Mounger.

P # MOUNGER, Mamie -- May 20, 1903 - Apr. 22, 1933. Her maiden namewas Dosson. Her cemetery marker shows "DOSSON".

MUNNERLYN, Ruby -- May 25, 1919 - December 17, 1919. She was the daughter of J.F. and Lillie (Wilder) Munnerlyn, both of whom were born in Arkansas.

O NABORS, Nona B. (Bernice) -- Sept. 4, 1910 - No death date in 1992. She was the daughter of Willam C. and Eula Lenora Patton. She married Robert L. Nabors.

O NABORS, Robert L. -- Oct. 26, 1916 - No death date in 1992. Hemarried Nona Bernice Patton.

# NEAL, Roger Dale -- Dec. 25, 1935 - Oct. 19, 1991. Born in Sulphur, Oklahoma, he was the son of Ernest and Lorene (McCraw) Neal. He was survived by three daughters. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1954 to 1959.

# NEFF, Robert L. -- March 14 1909 - Nov. 12, 1995. Born in Villa, Ohio, he was the son of Irwin R. and Anna (Kunkel) Neff. He and Carol Coon were married January 1, 1946, at Wichita, Kansas.

# NELSON, Patsy L. "Pat" -- April 14, 1924 - Oct. 13, 1997. Born at Maud, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Jesse and Zodia (Whitley) Ryan. She married Burvin Nelson Aug. 9, 1997, in Ada. She was previously married to a Mr. Kelly.

NEWKIRK, Mary A. -- Died July 5, 1904. Aged 65 years. This would make her birth-date about 1839. She was the wife of J.S. Newkirk.

# OWENS, James B. (Barnett) -- June 4, 1857 - June 3, 1933. He was the son of William Jackson and Mary (Bell) Owens. On Jan. 5, 1876 in Rhea County, Tennessee, he married Elizabeth Jane Wierick.

V # OWENS, James Willard -- Oct. 18, 1903 - Mar. 22, 1964. He was the son of James Barnett and Elizabeth Jane (Wierick) Owens. He married, first, Ann Wilson, and secondly, Edna Bizzle. He had two children his first wife, and two children by his second wife. Willard and his son, Newton Barnett Owens, were asphyxiated in a motel room. He was a Veteran of World War II.
