Membership begins July 1st and expires June 30th each year; annual membership includes the "Pontotoc County Quarterly" beginning with the January issue and ending with the July issue.
Upon payment of dues, please ask the librarian to give you any issues of the current volume that you are due. Check which issues (if any) you received so you will not receive a duplicate copies
If your quarterly is to be mailed, it is your responsibility to keep the society informed of any change of address. When the quarterly is sent to your old address the post office charges us for the address correction, and the quarterly is thrown away. Therefore, if you want it replaced you will need to reimburse the society for the address correction and for a replacement copy in the amount of $2.85 ($2.50 for quarterly and $0.35 for the address correction.)
