FATHER > Mason (Mace) French b. 1866 ILL d. 1930 - Vernon, Tx.
MOTHER > Annie (Cannaday) French b. 1888d. 1918 - Savanna area
Mason's father > Monteville French b. Ky. buried in Holdenville,Ok.
Monteville's father > William b. in Va. d. Shelby Co., ILL.
Annie's mother was > Martha Turner
This family lived in the Savanna area during the early 1900's. Mason worked @ the prison. All their children were born in the Savanna area. They had several that died real young (birth to 5) and 4 survived. Annie was 22yrs. younger then Mason. Mason was mostly of Indian ancestry. Annie's mother came from the Muskogee area.
