John Perkins Dies;
Services  Set Tuesday

John H. Perkins, 79, of 4812 N Spencer Rd., died Monday in Veterans Administration Hospital. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Paylor' s Funeral Home with burial in Arlington Memorial cemetery.

He was born in Syracuse, Kan., and came to Oklahoma in 1901. He vas a veteran of World War I and vas awarded the purple heart and silver star. He was a retired construction worker, member of VFW and Spencer Methodist Church.

Survivors include three brothers, Grover and Pete, both of Spencer, and Dewey, Oklahoma City, and two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Leach, Spencer, and Mrs. C. Y. Lawrence, Cleveland, Ohio.
