Joseph Randall Pearn left for his final adventure May 8, 2012. He was welcomed into this world on May 4, 1983, by his loving parents, Randy and Jualetha Pearn and big sister, Jeri, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Joe was the guy who always kept us laughing with his mannerisms, his crazy sense of humor, and his quick wit. His passion was cooking and he was an amazing chef. He grew up in both Oklahoma and Georgia and attended schools in both states. After graduating from Santa Fe High School, in Edmond, Oklahoma, he pursued his passion at Platt Culinary College, where he received his Associate of Science in Culinary Arts in 2005. He worked at many restaurants, including the Five and Ten in Athens, Georgia, Pelican's Restaurant in Midwest City, and most recently the Divine Swine, in Oklahoma City. Joe also loved music and friends. The combination seemed to make him the happiest. He kept an intense library of music and enjoyed playing the guitar. His other love was art. Joe could draw and paint extremely well.

He will be forever loved and missed by his parents and sister, grandmothers Betty Agnew and Therese Pearn, both of Oklahoma City, his brother-in-law Jay Littlefield and nephews James and Jackson, of Castle Rock, Colorado and hundreds of family and friends. Come celebrate his life in Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service, located at 305 South Sooner Road in Midwest City, Oklahoma at 2:00, Friday, May 11, 2012 with interment at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah, Oklahoma. The family has made requests that donations be made in Joe's honor to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma at in lieu of flowers.
