SEVEN WERE WILLED $138,000 HERE

Brother of Club Woman And Former Actress Named.

Revealing an estate estimated worth $138,000, the will of Mrs. Jeanette Lewis Holmes, 73-year-old city club woman and former actress who died Thursday, was filed for probate in county court Tuesday. The will directed the estate be distributed, to a brother, a cousin, four nephews and a niece, Mrs. Holmes's only relatives,
C. C. Christenson, county judge, set hearing on the probate application by Earl Neal Ainsworth, Amarillo, Texas, the brother, for November 7. Ainsworth, named administrator. Set the value of real estate at $33.000 and personal and oil royalty interests at $105,000. Ainsworth was given the 10-acre tract in the city oil field, which brought the retired actress's oil income and some Additional real estate. John Neal Ainsworth, a nephew. was granted S10,000, and Rebecca Ainsworth. niece. was given Mrs. Holmes apparel and jewelry. Her books were given to John Neal and Rebecca. Robert Wilson, the cousin, was willed $500. Mrs. Holmes, who retired from the stage in 1900 and had lived here since. died at her home, 1109 East Fourteenth street.
