ERNEST LESTER HODGE

 

Ernest Lester Hodge, 63, of 2G43 NW 12. died Sunday in Wesley Hospital. Services will be at 3' p.m. Wednesday in Hahn-Cook , Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Hodge had been an Oklahoma City resident for 43 years, moving; here from his  birthplace in Chickasha. He had been employed by the City Bus Co. some 40 years and was among directors of its credit union board.

 

Hodge was a member of the NW 26 and Geraldine Church of Christ. A 32nd degree Mason, lie was active in various branches of Masonry. He was a member of the Guthrie Consistory and had Blue Lodge affiliation with Myrtle Lodge in Oklahoma City. He was also a member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Mizapath Lodge 4.

 

Survivors include his wife, Lela, of the home; a son, Chief W. O Pies Hill, stationed at a guided missile installation in Northfield. Minn.; his mother, Mrs. J. F Hodge, 2520 NW 23; two sisters, Mrs., Goldia Link, 1637 1/2 NW 11 and Mrs., Ora Vanhooser, 4420 N Vermont; two brothers, Ross 1701 NW 34, and Tildern, 1020 NW 11; and three grandchildren.
