Phyllis Ilene Baldner, Midwest City, Oklahoma, age 78 passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at Midwest Regional Hospital. Phyllis was born November 27, 1925 in Coldfield, Iowa and was raised in Eagle Grove, Iowa where she met and married Richard C. Baldner. Phyllis was a Registered Nurse and spent 30 years caring for others through her profession. In addition to a fulfilling healthcare career, she is a lifetime Senior Member of the Boovers of Eagle Grove, Iowa.

Phyllis I. Baldner was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard C. Baldner, son Andrew J. Baldner, and her parents E.E. “Dutch" and Mayme McCallum. Phyllis has been survived by her Children and their spouses, Pamela Ann and Peter Kirk Netherton, Michael McCallum Baldner, Lisa and Kent Cunningham, and Chris S. and Angela Baldner. In addition, she is survived by 8 loving Grandchildren, Travis Netherton, Kascy Netherton, Amanda Baldner, Roni Cunningham, Matthew Baldner, Mac Baldner, Tyler Cunningham, and Nick Baldner. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2004, 2:00 pm at Paylor Funeral Chapel, Midwest City, Oklahoma. Family visitation will be held Sunday, January 18, 2004 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Paylor Funeral Chanel.

BALDNER Richard C. "Dick", 67, died June 17, 1991, born April 8, 1924 in Eagle Grove, Ia. He married Phyllis McCallum May 10, 1952 in Eagle Grove. He served 24 years in the USAF and retired as a Major. He retired from Civil Service at Tinker AFB in 1988. Survivors are his wife, Phyllis of the home; 2 sons, Mike Baldner of Edmond, Ok. and Chris Baldner of Dallas, Tx.; 2 daughters, Pam Netherton of Spartanburg, S.C. and Lisa Baldner of OKC; stepsister, Barbara Hattes of Chicago, Il.; and 1 grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Andrew J. Baldner . The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Cardiac Program at Midwest City Regional Hospital. Services 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, Wickline United Methodist Church with interment in Arlington Cemetery.
