ODEN Lela Mae, 79, passed away Dec. 2, 1998. She was a native of Cherryville, KS, a longtime resident of OKC, OK and a resident of Alexandria, AL for the past two years. She was a charter member of the Walker Ave. Baptist Church in OKC and was presently a member of Brookwood Baptist Church. She was the owner and operator of Oden Red and White Food Market. 

She is survived by her daughter, Nellie Donaho of Alexandria, AL; son, William Henry Oden & wife, Sally of Harligen, TX; 3 sisters, Mary Jane McMahill of Texarkana, TX, Catherine "Jo" Looney & Virginia Griffin, both of OKC; 2 brothers, Charles McMahill of Hemet, CA and Robert Dean McMahill of El Cajon, CA; 7 grandchildren: Russ Donaho, Jennifer Donaho, Todd Oden, Tonya Oden, Travis Oden, LeeJohn Poland, and Ricky Gene Jones. Family will greet friends Fri. 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. 

Services will be held 10:00 AM Sat Dec. 5, 1998 at the Brookwood Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Griffin & Rev. Bill Presnell officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery
