Jack Norman Moler , 76, of Choctaw, passed away on November 24, 2008. Jack was born October 17, 1932, in Ponca City to Bertha and Theodore Moler . Jack served in the Army and retired from the civil service at Tinker Air Force Base. He enjoyed playing golf and dominoes, but his eyes would light up when spending time with his grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Rhonda, Choctaw; son Brett Moler and wife Julie, Midwest City; daughter Lori Lange and husband Scott, Midwest City; son Lance Moler and wife Stephanie, Edmond; six grandchildren Cody, Chris, Rachael, Matthew, Michael, Jack ; and his beloved dog Annie.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 28, 2008, at 1:00 PM at Faith Community Christian Church in Choctaw with interment following at Elmwood Cemetery on Choctaw Road. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Faith Community Christian Church Memorial Fund.
