Wilhelmina "Minnie" Honea, 99, of Harrah, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2000. She was born to Max and Wilhelmina (Ing) Benedix February 27, 1901 in McLoud, OK. Minnie was the youngest of eight children. She enjoyed gardening, raising flowers, country music and dancing. Minnie made her peace with the Lord in 1993 and we know she is now rejoicing in Heaven.

Minnie is survived by two sons: Daryl of Choctaw, Carmine of Midwest City; one daughter: Marjorie Chism of Nicoma Park, ninegrandchildren,19 great grandchildren, six great great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.

Minnie is preceded in death by her husband Cyril and two sons Cecil and Carol "Red".

Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 8, 2000 at Asa Smith Funeral Chapel located in Harrah, with interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens located in Oklahoma City, OK. Arrangements directed by Asa Smith Funeral Service
