HATFIELD Billy Lee, 71, of Nicoma Park, passed away at his residence Dec. 14, 2000. He was born to William T. & Esther E. (Huff) Hatfield on July 18, 1929 in Newalla, OK. Billy came to Nicoma Park in 1956, previously living in Ft. Worth, TX. Billy owned and operated Nicoma Park Service for over 20 years and was involved in real estate. The appliance repair shop provided Billy with many opportunities to meet and make new friends in the Nicoma Park/Choctaw area. Billy also served the community and citizens of Nicoma Park as a city council member for 20 years. He was active in all of the civic affairs of Nicoma Park including being a member of the Toastmasters Club.

Billy is survived by his wife, Joy, and her children: Todd Thacker, Beverly Hill, Cindy Sanders & Del Thacker. Billy also leaves behind his sons, Billy Jr., & Thomas Hatfield; stepdaughters, Sherry Garrett, Sandy Miller, Charlene Agnew, a brother Harold Porter; seven grandchildren, and many other relatives & friends. Special "Thank You" for the care provided by Hospice Center of Edmond.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday December 18, 2000 at Barnes & Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Elmwood (Choctaw) Cemetery. Barnes & Johnson FH
