She leaves behind her son, Bob Blevins and daughter-in-law Andrea of Jonesboro, GA; 3 daughters, Janet Grant of Gardena, CA, Joann Gray of Moore, OK, & Karen Redding of Ewing NJ; 6 grandchildren, Mark Gray, Rick Gray, Vickie Grant Condit, Kristin Redding Graham, Kelli Redding, Kaci Redding; 6 great-grandchildren, Laci, Micheal, Kyle, Clint, Kaci, Caroline; & 2 great-great-grandchildren: Brookelyn & Devon.

She retired from the Oklahoma State Dept of Human Services in 1974. She was a member of the Choctaw United Methodist Church where she volunteered with Mobile Meals and belonged to the quilting club. She was a member of the Jones Eastern Star where she proudly held many offices over the years. She enjoyed nothing more than spending time with & cooking for her family. She was a beloved daughter, baby sister, aunt, wife, mother, grandmother & friend. She taught her family all they would need to know about love, strength, & what it meant to be a mother. She went on to be with her loved ones who preceded her on October 8, 2007. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Faith Hospice & Grace Living Center staff in Norman, especially Twila Gray, for the loving care & kindness they provided during her last year.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 11, 2007, at Choctaw United Methodist Church with interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw.
