Billings, Cindy Renee (Thomas), born September 6, 1957, passed from this earthly bond, July 21, 1999 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Cindy attended and graduated from the Choctaw School System and Central State University in 1979. She was employed as an accountant at Tinker Air Force Base and retired in 1996.

She married Steve Billings , September 20, 1980 and from this union 2 children were born. Her children were the light in her eyes and the center of her world and because of them she was able to remain with us as long as she did. Cindy's enduring strength and faith helped her through even the most difficult times with a positive and cheerful spirit. Cindy touched many lives in her journey through this world.

She leaves her husband, Steve, son, Taylor and daughter, Madison of the home, father and mother, Calvin and Naomi Thomas of Choctaw, sister and brother-in-law, Robin and Larry Glen of Del City, brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Phyllis Thomas of Newalla and grandmother, Jewell Thomas of Norman, and a host of family members and friends. Cindy had belonged to the Methodist Church all of her life.

Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 24, 1999 at Douglas Blvd. United Methodist Church. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery, Choctaw, OK.
