There will be a come and go wedding shower for Mrs. Rocky (Kathy Buss) Bellows Tues., Feb. 17, from 7-9 at the home of Mrs. Harold Kennedy. Everyone is invited to attend.
There will be a Mother�s Club meeting today (Thurs, Jan. 12) at 2 p.m. in the grade school music room.
Willing Workers 4-H meeting is Friday at 9 &m. Valentine parties will be at 2 p.m. The grade school looks so nice with all the valentine, Washington and Lincoln decorations. The kindergarten room has red lace valentines around the door with the school pictures of each kindergartener. There are 20 students in the class.
The Sharon Mutual High school girls came home with the 270 thampionship and traveling trophy with their 55-37 win over the Shattuck Indians. Terri Adams again led the scoring with 24 points. The win raises the S-M girls record to 21 1.
Freedm came Out with a stall-the-ball offense when they played Sharon Mutual on their home court. In the 1st quarter Freedom only put up one shot while the Trojans Scored 13 points and went on to win 60-32. Terri Adams was high scorer with 22 points. Terri Morgan hit 5 of 5 free shots, Karen Clayton, Laura Reynolds, and Debbie Gaston put up a good defense and had only one foul among them for their effort.
