Miss Lizzie, as the bride was known to all her friends, has grown to womanhood here among us, and by her gentle and loving manner has endeared herself to all, and will be greatly missed from the circle. Mr. Gardner is a member of the firm of Gardner Bros., broomcorn merchants, and numbers his friends only by the persons he meets. They were the recipients of quite a number of beautiful and useful presents. The happy couple left on the evening train for Woodward where Mr. Gardner had prepared a home for his bride. Their many friends all over the county congratulate them and wish them smooth sailing over life's sea.
Mansfield M. Hutchison and Miss Ida M. Roberts were united in marriage by Rev. Burnett, at the home of the bride s parents, two miles east of town. Quite a number of friends and relatives were present to witness the ceremony and partake of the bountiful wedding supper that had been prepared. Miss Ida is the beautiful and accomplished daughter of Mr and Mrs. J. Roberts, and has lived in this vicinity Since childhood and her sunny smile is always looked for and welcomed in the gatherings of the young folks. Mr Hutchison is a prosperous young homesteader and has a qood home prepared for the lady of his choice. Mr. and Mrs. Hutchison have a large circle of friends who wish them joy in their new life.
Married--Wednesday, January 2nd, 1907 by Rev R. B. Engle at the home of the grooms parents, Miss Laura Duncan of Springfield, Mo., to Charles Mock, son of Rev, and Mrs H. P.' Mock. Mr. Mock is a prosperous farmer in Woodward County and well known here from having been reared on a farm west of town and living in town for several years. He was taken ill on his farm and Rev Mock brought him home three weeks ago where he has recovered his health. The bride is a comely and well educated young lady whom he met when in Springrield three years ago. Mr Mock stands six feet seven and one-half inches high in his stocking feet. The bride is just six feet tall and they make a remarkable striking and well formed couple. Anthony Kansas Republican This is our own Charlie, and he has a host of friends here who wish him and his bride unbounded joy through life.
Jesse Aldrich and Mary Emma Doles were married at Belva Sunday.
L. Huff and Miss Ida 0. Gates were married last Sunday by justice Tipton. The contracting parties are two of Quinlan's most popular and industrious young people, and will immediately go to housekeeping at their home six miles south of town that Mr Huff has prepared for his bride. The Mirror joins their many friends in wishing them long life and happiness.
