WOODWARD DISPATCH

July 27, 1906

William Albert, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Win. A. Briggs died Tuesday July 24, 1906, at 3:30 in the afternoon, aged nine months and one day. The little one was taken convulsions, and death resulted in only a few hours. The funeral services were held at their residence Wednesday afternoon, after which the burial took place in the new city cemetery. Rev. Christian Boers conducting the services. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of the community in their hour of bereavement.

Joe Ghumm, of Falls City, Nebr. and Miss Alice Richey of Carman were married in this city July 26, 1906, by Probate Judge White. Mr. and Mrs. Ghurnm will conduct the Glazier Hotel at Glazier, Texas.
