Department of Interior, land office at Woodward, OkIa., August 28, 1907. Notice is hereby given that Louis S. Fisher, Perdue, 0. T. has filed notice of his intention to make a final commutation proof support of his claim, viz sw 4 se 4 sec 21 twp 25 n range 19 w. I in., and that said proof will be made at Woodward, 0. T. on October 24, 1907. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence on and cultivation of said land viz: Matthew ALLEY, Robert SNEERINGER, Flossie M. DAVIS, John B. HARRISON, all of Perdue, 0. T.

WYCKOFF, William L. RYAN, James I. WHEELOCK, all of Mooreland, Okla.
