We abstracted these land records from the Mooreland Leader Newspaper. We will copy the first in its entirety and the remainder will be a list the pertinent information. Editors
Department of Interior land office at Woodward, 0. T. August 28, 1905. Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will be made before Register and Receiver at Woodward 0. T. on November 23, 1905 viz: Gottfried Schmidt for the sw 4 sec 27 township 23 n of range 19 w. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence on and cultivation of said land, viz: William F. Jones, Aaron P. Anderson, Charles E. Jones, James Davison all of Mooreland, OK.
