Whereas, The petition of Lewis Davis has been filed in this Court this 20th day of May 1904, representing among other things, that Minnie B. Davis, late of the County of Woodward and Territory of Oklahoma, died, intestate, on or about the 6th day of December 1903 in Woodward Co. 0. T. and petitioning this Court that that Letters of Administration on said Estate be granted to Lewis Davis of said County of Woodward. It Is Therefore Ordered, That said petition be heard before this Courtat a regular term, to-wit: At the May term, to be held in the probate Court room in Woodward in said County of Woodward on the 10th day of June 1904 at 10 o’clock in the fore noon of said day.
It is Further Ordered, That notice be given to the heirs at law of said deceased, and all persons interested in said estate, by publishing due notice of the time and place of said hearing three weeks prior to said hearing, in the Woodward Bulleten weekly newspaper, published in said County, and that copies of said notice be addressed to the heirs of said deceased resident in this Territory, at their places of residence, if known to said petitioner, and deposited in the United States Postoffice, with the postage thereon prepaid by said petitioner at least teh days before the time of said hearing.
