Jacob Dale born 10/16/1851 had 9 children, one of which was George Washington Dale, born 1/22/1858 in Indiana, married Mary Etta Stone, born 1873, they had 11 children. GRICE Family Reunion

Sunday July 30, 2000
at Gibson Baptist Assembly grounds, also called Camp Gibson,
about 10 miles east of Hardesty, Oklahoma.

Begin arriving around 10:00am.
Bring food for a potluck luncheon,
singing and sports and visiting in the afternoon.
A business meeting at 2:00 pm.

The descendants of Lawson MacKell Grice and Sarah Jane Banther Grice.
Their 10 children were William Hampton (Will), Mary Mealor,
Martha Elizabeth, George Washington (Wash or George),
J.R. Tom Grice, Leander MacKell (Lee), Johnny G, Aden
or D.C. Keeter, Lawson Ross (Ross), and Nancy Jane.

Grandpa L.M. as we call him was born in 1832 in Rutherford Co, NC.
Fought in the Civil War, and moved his family
to Gilmer Co, Georgia after the war.
They raised their family there.

Then around 1900, he and Jane moved to Oklahoma.
L.M. homesteaded in the Oklahoma Panhandle 3 miles east of Guymon.
He died in 1914.

The Grices look forward to seeing all their family
and perhaps meeting some new cousins.

HARPER-ALLEN Family Reunion

Decendants of William Mark Harper, d. Calvin, Ok., 1928, and his son, David Zack Harper, d. Seminole, Ok., 1967, and descendants of Wiley and Mary Ann Allen, will be Labor Day weekend in Haysville, KS. All you need to bring is yourself and your family. A neat little park-campground has been reserved on the outskirts of Haysville, food and soft beverages galore will be waiting. We start out on Sat. morn, and go all day, and wind up on Sunday morn after breakfast. Volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, skeet, and lots of visiting. HILL Family Reunion

The Tenth Annual HILL Reunion of the
descendants of the Washington & Susan V. (JACKSON) HILL family
will be held at the Amorita Community Building in Amorita, Oklahoma
on May 27, 2000, all day, with a covered dish dinner at noon.

Washington HILL was born in 1844 in Cloversville, NY and lived in IN and KS
before making the run into the Cherokee Strip from Sand Creek,
west of Waldron, KS. He staked a claim northeast of Amorita, OK,
and lived there until he died in 1901, as did his wife,
Susan V. (JACKSON) HILL, who died in 1931.
Their children included Lorenzo, Edgel, Melvina, Zulus,
Ralph, Hughander, and Charles.

A Pope Family Reunion will be held in August 10th -13th, 2000 at Guthrie, Oklahoma and will be held at a Christian Camp, where there will be volleyball, tennis, softball, and other games. There will be places to sleep, rest, eat, and play for the entire family.
