Query: Winona Fancion Wood

Looking for proof of my grandmother's birth.

I am looking for Winona Fancion Wood born on August 31, 1895 in McGee, Indian Territory, Oklahoma. Her parents were Joseph Buckhannan Wood & Sarah Ann Pendergrass Wood.

Her delayed birth certificate says her mother's name was Pendgraph.

I can find nothing in my research about my grandmother. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
