Record of Will

I, J. R. Williams, of Gilmore, State of Oklahoma, being of sound and disposing mind, but sensible of the uncertainty of life, and desiring to make disposition of my property and affairs do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former wills by me at any time made.

1. I direct payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

2. I give and devise all of my property of whatsoever kind to Dennis Barnes and Annie V. Robinson, to be shared by them in part and part alike.

In witness thereof, I, J. R. Williams, have to this my last will and testament, consisting of one sheet of paper, subscribed my name this day of October, 1908.

Subscribed by J. R. Williams, in the presence of each of us, the undersigned, and at the same time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament, and we thereupon at the request of J. R., Williams, in his presence and in the presence of each other, sign our names hereto as witnesses this 1st day of October, 1908, at Gilmore, Oklahoma.
