_________________________________________________________________ Last Will and Testament of Florence A. Wall (nee Merryman) Be it remembered that I, Florence A. Wall, nee Merryman, of Oak Lodge, of Oak Lodge, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, and being desirous of disposing of my worldly affairs, and now being of sound mind, do ordain and declare and establish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills. Item: I will, give and bequeath to my son, William Henry Merryman, Ten Dollars ($10.00) to be by my executor paid as soon as practible after my death. Item: I will, give and bequeath to my son, Frank S. Merryman, Ten Dollars ($10.00) to be paid as in the case of William Henry. Item: I will, give and bequeath to my daughter, Nancy J. Merryman, Ten Dollars ($10.00) to be paid in like manner as foresaid. Item: I will, give and bequeath to my son, Ezra R. Merryman, Ten Dollars ($10.00) to be paid as to the aforesaid children. Item: I will, give and bequeath to my daughter, Annie G. Wall, all the interest rights and title tha I may died seized and possessed of in and to the following described real property, to wit: The SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Sec. 20, Town. 9 N. Range 26 E. of the Indian Base and meridian and located in LeFlore County, Oklahoma and all improvements made by me on said land. Item: If the said Annie G. Wall should died seized of said lands and without issue, said land to go to and revert to all of my aforesaid children and their heirs, other than the said Annie G. Wall. Item: What undivided interest in and to the undivided lands and funds of the Choctaw-Chickasaw Tribes of Indians, that I may die possessed of, or be entitled to at my death I desire to be paid to my executor, and by him equally divided among my children mentioned herein, or to such of them as may be living when said interest is paid and to the heirs, if any, of such as may have died. Item: Whatever other property or interest that I may died possessed, or seized of I will give and bequeath to all my said children in equal parts.
