_________________________________________________________________ Last Will and Testament of David T. Nowlin, Sr. I, David T. Nowlin, Sr., of Howe, LeFlore County, Oklahoma declare the following to be my last Will and Testament. FIRST, George Nowlin, my son, is to take care of me and Roxania Nowlin, my wife, during our lifetime and pay all my debts if there should be any, out of the property I leave, real or personal. I give and bequeath to Ben F. Nowlin, my son, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. I give and bequeath to the heirs of James A. Nowlin, my son, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. I give and bequeath to Charlie Nowlin, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. I give and bequeath to Annie Nowlin, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. I give and bequeath to Lillie Nowlin, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. I give and bequeath to Drucie Nowlin, $100.00 to be paid 12 months after our death. It is my desire that after the above heirs have been paid, and all my just debts have been paid, that George Nowlin, my son, shall receive the remainder of my property, both real and personal, as compensation, for caring for his father and mother, during the remainder of their life here.
