Record of Will of R. B. Greenwood

I, R. B. Greenwood, of Spiro, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, being now of sound and disposing mind and memory, in possession of my faculties, and desiring to make disposition of my property and affairs, while in health and strength, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and other wills made by me at any former time.

First. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

Second. I give and devise to my daughter, Corrie Foyil, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Third. I give and devise to my son, Perry Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Fourth. I give and devise to my son, Truman Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Fifth. I give and devise to my daughter, Bettie Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Sixth. I give and devise to my daughter, Genevia Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Seventh. I give and devise to my daughter, Nettie Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Eighth. I give and devise to my daughter, Allie Greenwood, the sum of One and no/100 Dollars.

Ninth. I further will and direct that all the rest of my property both real and personal or mixed wheresoever situated, whereof I may be seized or possessed or to which I may be in any manner entitled or in which I may be interested, to my beloved wife, Martha Greenwood, for her natural life or so long as she remains single, and mothers the minor children and the crippled child, Allie Greenwood.

Upon the death of my wife, or her marriage, the undivided portion of this estate shall be held by my executors or trustees or their successors, for the benefit of my daughter, Allie Greenwood, so long as she lives or remains single. At the death or marriage of Allie Greenwood, if her mother, Martha Greenwood be dead or married, the entire undivided portion of this estate shall be divided equally among my children, share and share alike.

Tenth. I hereby ask that my wife, Martha Greenwood, be appointed executrix and trustee of this my last Will and Testament, and I designate my wife as the guardian of my children. Stipulating that she the executrix, trustee and guardian, shall qualify and serve without giving bond or security whatsoever.

Eleventh. In case of her death, resignation or inability or refusal to serve as executrix, trustee and guardian, a successor or successors are to be chosen by the surviving children or a majority of them.

Twelvth. In witness whereof, I. R. B. Greenwood, have to this my last Will and Testament, consisting of two sheets of paper, subscribed my name, thie the 25th day of Feb., 1921.

Subscribed by R. B. Greenwood and declared as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, and at his request, hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses, and we further declare that at the time of signing thereof, said testator was of sound and disposing mind and memory to the best of our belief, this the 25th day of February, 1921, at his home.
