_________________________________________________________________ LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Robert H. Green of Poteau, Indian Territory Realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, and not knowing at what hour I may be called to my Creator to quit this life and pass into the �Great Beyond� and being desirous of disposing of all my possessions while it is yet called �today�, therefore, I, Robert H. Green, of Poteau, Indian Territory, being of sound and disposing mind do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and cancelling (sic) all other or former Wills by me at any time made. 1st. I hereby consign my body to the �Dust of the Earth� from whence it came, and my Spirit to God, who gave it. 2nd. I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay out of my estate, as soon as possible after my decease, all my debts and funeral and Testamentary expenses. 3rd. Having heretofore given to my son, Charles T. (maybe F) Green the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, I hereby give to him the sum of Five Dollars and direct that the said sum shall be paid in cash to him, by my Executrix hereinafter named, as soon after my death as possible. 4th. All the rest of my property, now possessed or hereafter acquired, of whatever nature, or wheresoever situate, real, personal or mixed, I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, May. A. Green. 5th. I hereby appoint and designate my wife, May A. Green, sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament. In witness thereof I, Robert H. Green, have to this my last Will and Testament consisting of one sheet of typewritten matter, set my hand and seal on this 22nd day of March, A.D. One Thousand Nine Hundred Seven. R. H. Green (seal) The foregoing instrument consisting of one page of typewritten matter was on this the 22nd day of March, in the year of out Lord, One Thousand and Nine Hundred and Seven. Signed, sealed and declared by the Testator, Robert H. Green, to be his said last Will and Testament, in the presence of each of us the undersigned, who thereupon, at the request of the said Testator, and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as the Attesting Witnesses thereof, the day and year last above written.
