_________________________________________________________________ Last Will and Testament of John H. Gray BE IT REMEMBERED: That I, John H. Gray, of Bokoshe, LeFlore County, Oklahoma, being now in good health, strength of body and mind, but understanding and considering the uncertainty of life and desiring to make disposition of my property and affairs while in health and strength, do hereby make, publish, and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former wills by me at any time made. FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses. SECOND: To my wife, Annie E. Gray, I do hereby give and bequeath all personal property belonging to me, including what cash I may have in deposit in banks, and all real estate or interest therein belonging to me, or held in trust for me by anyone. THIRD: I hereby appoint and designate my wife, Annie E. Gray, sole executrix, without bond, of this, my last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, John H. Gray, have to this, my last Will and Testament, consisting of one sheet of paper, subscribed my name by mark on ths the 16th day of March, A. D., 1918. JOHN H. (his X mark) GRAY I, Frank L. Dobyns, do hereby certify that I signed the name of John H. Gray at his request and in his presence, after he had stated to me he could not sign his name, to his last Will and Testament, and this was done in the presence of: (signed) S. R. Jones (signed) J. Gray, in the presence of each of the, the undersigned, and at the same time declared to us to be his last Will and Testament, and we, thereupon at the request of John H.
