WILL OF BETSY DWIGHT

I, Betsy Dwight of Wister, Leflore County, State of Oklahoma, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and cancelling all other or previous wills by me at any time made.

1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

2. I give and bequeath to my beloved neice (sic) Russia Carr the sum of Five Dollars. (NOTE�not sure the name is Russia--could be Reina. The handwriting is quite small and cramped.)

3. I give and bequeath to my nephew Don Perry the sum of Five Dollars.

4. I give and bequeath to my cousin Livia (or could be Lena) Jefferson all of my right title interest and estate in and to my homestead containing Two Hundred and Fifty acres of land located in Leflore County and described as follows.
The Southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 5 North Range 25 east and also all of the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section 22 Township 5 North Range east and all of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 22 Township 5 North Range 25 east.

5. I give and devise to my husband�s sister Ester Hill the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars.

6. I give and devise to the said Ester Hill all of my right titled interest and estate in and to the following lands.
The West half of the North-West section of the North-West quarter of Section 25 Township 2 North Range 18 East Pushmataha County and all of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 8 Township 5 North Range East Colony and (something) in Leflore County, State of Oklahoma. 7. I hereby appoint and designate D. W.E. Jones sole executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I, Betsy Dwight, have to this my last will and testament consisting of two sheets of paper subscribed my name this 23rd day of October 1914.

Betsy Dwight being unable to sign her name to the foregoing instrument she requested me the undersigned Emma Harris to sign her name thereto in her behalf which I therefore did in the presence of the following persons Jessie Irwin and Gus Karr (?) and therefore Betsy Dwight made her mark to this signature by me made and declares and publishes the foregoing instrument as her last will and testament and requests the undersigned witnesses to sign their names hereto as witnesses which we have done in her presence and in the presence of each other this 23rd day of October 1914.
