Jerry Edwin Hamilton Jerry Edwin Hamilton, age 69, of Poteau, OK, formerly of Glendale, CA, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2006, at his home in Poteau. Jerry was born August 19, 1936 in Monroe, Okla., to Kern and Lorena (Era) Hamilton.

 Jerry was a veteran of the United States Navy, a member of the First Baptist Church in Poteau and a retired sales representative for Gavina Coffee Company.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry is survived by two uncles, Ralph Gregory and wife, Ruby, Howard Gregory and wife Lena, all of Poteau, and many other family, friends, and loved ones.

The family will meet friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at Grace Manor Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 10, 2006, at Grace Manor Memorial Chapel in Poteau with the Reverend Phil McGehee officiating. Interment will follow at Monroe Cemetery in Monroe, OK, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home.
