Karen Sue Thomburg, 54, of
Stapp-Zoe, Okla., passed away July 28, 2009, at
home.
She was born August 10,
1954, in Shady Point, Okla... to Aaron Oris and
Helen Sue (McCage) Parker. She married Leonard
Thomburg on June 15, 1974, in Carson City, Nev.
She was a member of Stapp-Zoe Baptist Church
and was a very loving daughter. wife, mother.

Funeral services were held
Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Stapp-Zoe
Baptist Church, Direct cremation under the
direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
She is survived by her
husband, Leonard, of the home: two sons, Leon
Daniel Thomburg and wife Cheryl.
of Wister, Okla., Robert
Franklin Thomburg and wife Charissa, of Katie,
Okla.; two daughters, Kimberly Dawn Reames and
husband Charles, of Pauls Valley, Okla., Jeanna
Sue Lott and husband John, of Zoe; her mother,
Helen Parker, of Ft. Smith, Ark a brother, Danny
Ray Parker, of Sallisaw, Okla.; seven
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well
as a host of other family, friends and loved
ones.
She was preceded in death
by her father, Aaron Oris Parker.
