Eveline Lowery
POCOLA - Eveline "Liza" Lowery, 87, of Pocola died Monday, May 27, 2002, in Fort Smith. She was born Jan. 6, 1915, in Midland. She was a homemaker and a member of Christian Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Pocola.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Christian Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Pocola with burial at
Macedonia Cemetery in Pocola under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Pocola.
She is survived by three daughters, Maelene Goins and Leta Farmer, both of Pocola, and Linda Rogers of Yakima, Wash.; two sons, Rayford and Robert Lowery Jr., both of Pocola; a sister, Effie Minks of Pocola; a brother, A.J. Barnes of Pocola; 15 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Carol Barnes, Wayne Minks, Don Goins, Dale Elmore, George A. Davis and Danny Farmer.
