Bertha Ruby Jordan, 86, of Modesto, died Monday, March 22, 1999, at Memorial Medical Center.

Mrs. Jordan was a native of Heavener, Oklahoma. She had lived in Modesto since 1937.

She is survived by her children, Bob Jordan of Reno, David Jordan of Fremont and Linda Holt of Modesto; brother, Charles Ison of Modesto; and eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral was conducted on Friday, April 2nd, at the Airport Assembly of God Church, with burial at Acacia Memorial Park, Modesto.

BERTHA RUBY JORDAN, 86, of Modesto, died Tuesday, March 23rd, 1999, at Memorial Medical Center.

Mrs. Jordan was a native of HEAVENER, OKLAHOMA. She had lived in Modesto since 1937. She had retired after a 25-year career as a cannery worker for Tillie Lewis Foods. She was a member of Airport Assembly of God Church.

She is survived by her children, Bob Jordan of Reno, David Jordan of Fremont and Linda Holt of Modesto; brother Charles Ison of Modesto; and eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. 

A funeral was conducted at the Airport Assembly of God Church on Friday, March 26, 1999, followed by burial at Acacia Memorial Park, Modesto, California.
