Sue Wyona Jones, 59, of Talihina, passed away Monday, Aug. 19, 2002, in Fort Smith. She was born June 28, 1943 at Paris, Texas to Juanita Jones. She has lived in the Talihina area for the past year.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hattie Adeline and Jeffory Jones; and her companion, Melvin Burris.
Survivors include one daughter, Deborah Jones of Tulsa; a son, Justin Gunn of Okmulgee; five grandchildren, Sylvester Gunn, Antonio Jones, Laniece Jones, Damon Gunn and Justin Gunn Jr.; as well as a host of friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
