Elmer Ruben (Tump) Hood born Feb. 24, 1890 in Indian Territory, Choctaw Nation (now LeFlore County, Oklahoma), died June 7,1973 in Poteau, LeFlore Co. Oklahoma, and is buried in Oakland Cemetery. 

Elmer is the son of William Barton Hood and Sylvania Caroline Slusher.

Ollie Isabell Barnes was born 14 Apr 1896 in Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory (now Oklahoma), and died in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of John R. Barnes and Jennetty E. Adams.

   Children: 

	- Ralph Robert Hood    born 24 Feb 1918 in LeFlore Co.   Oklahoma, and died 1 Oct 1944    in Italy WW II
