Funeral services were held at the Assembly of God Church in Bonanza, Arkansas, on Friday, October 12, 1990, for Rita Kay (McCarson) Hodge. Reverend Arlie Carson officiated.
She passed away at Fort Smith, Arkansas, on Wednesday, October 10, 1990, at the age of fortytwo.
She was the daughter of Jim and Verna (Carson) McCarson and the sister of Barbara Reeves and Carlos McCarson.
Hymns "There's a Miracle in the Making" and "I'll Be Alright" were sung by Marcella Childress, Gloria Cradic, and Joyce Chasten. They were accompanied by pianist Judy Hart.
Pallbearers were Charlie Sharp, Cecil Cradic, Bobby Smith, Mark Bitsco, Chris Short, and Sam Lowe.
Interment was at White Bluff Cemetery by McConnell Funeral Home.
